Good morning.

I am trying to import a new Organization Certificate. After I have pasted in the block and clicked save, it pops up and says:

Certificate Import Failed

The certificate could not be imported. Please check the Administration log for details.

When I check the Admin Logs, it only shows my log in and no details with regards to the situation that has happened.

Any advice on what the problem may be?

Regarding the Admin logs, can you confirm if you see anything more useful after increasing the log level to verbose?

Regarding the Certificate itself, can you confirm if you've followed the guidelines set forth in the below article?

Changing to Verbose doesn't show any new information. And the cert was created correctly. I had a second cert created just to be sure and it still gives the same error.

Have you forwarded your CA the article I linked, and clearly stated the purposes of the cert you're trying to create?  It sounds to me as if they have not granted your cert the signing capability, and nor would I expect them to do so.

I would actually be quite surprised if your (or any) Trusted CA would agree to create the kind of cert required to act as the organisation cert, as it's a big risk (and costs a huge amount.)

What is your rationale for the replacement Org Cert?
