  • 1.  OS patching of external DB server

    Hello,

    We have 3 SEPMs connected to an external DB one other is running an embedded db and replicating. This weekend the DB server will be undergoing OS patching. Does replication need to be broken during the OS patching or is there anything that needs to be done from the SEPM side?

    Since the DB is going to be offline I would suggested temporarily suspending replication. It may not matter much since the DB won't be accessible but it doesn't hurt.
