  • 1.  outgoing email - turn off the scan feature

    When attemting to send outgoing emails, we receive an error message that reccomends turning off the scan outgoing mail feature. 

    How do you turn off this feature?  We are using Symantec antivirus.  Any documentation I find refers to Norton antrivirus and to go the options menu.

    How do we get to the scan outgoing email feature so we can turn it off? 

    Any help would be appreciated.
