Recovery of deleted e-mails does not work, when PGP Desktop is active. Using PGP Desktop 10.2 does not solve the problem! For details take a look here:

What to do?

If you are using Outlook 21010 and Exchange 2010 this is a bug with the PGP Client.  It is currently being addressed but you will need to go through support to get the fix once released or wait for it to be included in the next HF/MP.

Note that this only occurs when Ex2010 and Outlook 2010 are being used together....in other words a Outlook 2007 with a Ex2010 does not produce this issue.

We must not use Outlook 2007 due to licensing reasons. Which support do i need to get through to get the fix? Microsoft or Symantec?

Is it possible to get some information once the fix is released? Mailing list f.e.?

As Outlook 2010 is supported since PGP 10.2 some response would be really really nice. Otherwise you should just sell your software without support!

Can't be that difficult to let your customers know when next version will be released (just in case your software developers knew what they were doing.)

Sorry for that, but it's kind of frustrating to ask again and again for month and nothing happens! So thank you very much for the 2 month old info that this is a PGP bug!

Yes, deleted Item Recovery finally works with 10.2 MP3. 

Not mentioned in release Notes. No Response from Symantec here...So we accidently noticed...that's customer care... :)
