These packages are related to Deployment Solution and required by deployment Site Server Component.

Install Deployment Site server Component x86/x64 according to the architecture on this machine and it will show as package is ready.

    hope this helps.

Install the Deployment Site server components (i.e. Deployment task handlers)

This can also be the cause:

Configure the \Deployment\Task Handler\DriversDB folder as a share so that \\packageservername\Deployment\Task Handler\DriversDB is a valid UNC path for clients.

I think that you need to install DS Task Handlers on the NS to provide the source of the packages and then the DS Task Handlers on any Package Server that the Package is targeted at to provide the destination (I think the Package Properties of these packages says to go to the Deployment Share on the Package Server, not the default Package share).

If you don't need them, edit each Package to remove all Package Servers as destinations.
