  • 1.  Packages server stopped downloading

    Hi all

     

    I have a customer that after an MS update stopped downloading packages from Site Server. After we removed the patches it worked again.

     

    Is there anyone that have seen it before? Here is a list of the patches.

    Hi Steen,

    Is it possible to test installing them one by one to see which patch that caused this issue?

    Did the Agent logs show any errors for the Site Server? 

    I'd suggest raising with Symantec Support once you know the exact patch that causes this.
