I am running Symantec Endpoint Protection client 12.1.4. Connect to a remote site with Microsoft VPN client. We have seen packet losss when Ping a host with firewall enable, No packet loss when firewall disable. Any idea?
Is the firewall blocking traffic. Have you checked the Traffic log on the client to see what is shows in terms of blocking?
No blocking to specific host in the traffic log. When uncheck "enable firewall", no timeout and remain 50ms instead of 1000+ ms.
