Does anyoneone get errors trying to download packages?
Just downloaded the same update packages successfully - screenshot attached.
May you check whether you have access to these packages on Citrix site from NS machine using web browser?
Here are three screenshots - so far not one package will download.
Can you please provide an extract from logs with errors regarding package download? It may shed more light on the problem you experiencing.
I having the same issue with MS11-049.
Since I can't copy from the log file here is a couple of screenshots:
Are you maybe behind a proxy? and havent configured proxy settings in NS?
For my example there is no proxy or firewall issue. You will also note that it downloaded all the updates just fine except 1 causing it to fail which tells me there is a problem with what it is pointing at.
A datastore specified to hold the patches had gone off line. This was identified by looking through the log viewer.
So the issue was with Microsoft not having the correct file available or the catalog was pointing to the wrong url or these particular updates were offline on the Microsoft site?
No, the client had specified a specific location for patches as a download location, and that location was unavailable. Just as Software Managment Solution would have issues if your Software Library file server were down.
