I may be over reacting but have a feeling I am not. My patch management import for Windows (Import Patch Data for Windows) runs every night and I usually see patches show up in the console every few days if not I will see a new patch almost every day, depending when vendors have released updates. I have not seen any new updates appear in my console since 12/18/2014 and am begining to be concerned. I also know that Altiris is approximately one day behind when Microsoft releases thier updates on the second Tuesday of every month, we rely on the patch import to rollout our updates just like everyone else.Anyone who imports Microsoft updates, have you seen any new updates appear in your console since late December 2014. We import Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Apple and a few other vendors. I scheduled and ran a Patch Import this morning and have not seen any errors in the log files while the import was processing. I have not seen any errors or failures in the import either. I want to know so I can continue to troubleshoot an error I am not seeing or possibly open a case with Symantec.

If you double-click on your last PMImport run, what is the Version? I am showing a change of 33 updates imported on 1/8/2015 and the version changing to 7.1.619 (we do Microsoft only).

If you have not seen a change, you may want to try running a full import (uncheck "Incremental Import") and watching your logs to see if anything is blocking your from being able to get out to http://www.solutionsam.com/imports/7_1/patch/windows/pmimport.cab or anything other errors/warnings are occuring during the import.

    Edit 1:

This may help you as well to determine what has been released: http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO73079

I am seeing the same behavior on two separate SMP's as well John. I am now re-running the import after unchecking Incremental Import and updating the Vendors and Software List. I'll report back my findings in a few minutes.

Update: Same behavior on both SMP's after running full import, no updated MS patches since 12/18. I do have two Citrix patches released on 1/7, that is the latest I've seen. I'm opening a case with Symantec.

Okay, got it fixed on two of my SMP environments now.

    To resolve:

    1. On your NS, go to where your NS files are installed, for me, D:\Altiris\Patch Management\Import.
    2. Zip up all the folders there and save the ZIP to a separate folder, like your Desktop.
    3. Delete all folders within the Import folder
    4. Refresh Vendors List once more (probably not needed, but did it anyways)
    5. Run a new incremental update

This resolved the issue for me and I am now seeing the new MS patches. PMImport version should be 7.1.621.

    Hope that helps!

Thank you I appreciate the help of this community and everyone who contributes. I makred Rob Steenwyk's solution as the answer. Little weary of deleting files from anything under the main install folder but I took the plunge and it worked.
