    Hi

    I've the same problem listed here

    followed the suggested solution, but with no results.

    Any advice?

    new update:

    now I can succesfully download the file (was a network problem)

    but still can't finish the pmimport due to this

    The item '1bf89561-394a-42e1-88b2-bae5f42874cc' was loaded as readonly and cannot be saved.

    My compatriot; Igor, is spot on, for I am unable to reproduce the issue in test lab, so file is in order on the SolutionSam site.

    If you are able to input that URL into a browser, and download it without failures, it could be a problem with GPO or other group policy, for the Console will use anonymous user to call that and hit that download site.

    You may also try running WireShark or other network trace software during the failure time frame; research the results to isolate the network device or cause for restricting that file download.

    Resolved.

    Was an Issue with IPS and firewalls. Detected and resolved with SOC's help
