Anyone out there can help me? I was sucssecfully running SEP in my network system, everythings is running fine but some pc's got a problem. This PC's hang during SEP client update definitions. After restarted, automatically this PC's updated with new virus definitions. I think this problem related to our server bandwidth so I try to adjust scheduling frequency and change from default management server to LiveUpdate server meaning directly update from Symantec LiveUpdate Server but the problem still happen.

Can you go to some of your clients and go to Task Manager's Networking Tab? how many %n network utilization?

Ntework utilization I think ok..around 0% - 0.1%, link speed 100mbps. What the best solution to setup SEP client for better performance?

I'm azean, we using symantec manager to update defination for all client , unfortunetly audio server stop/cut after a while running live update. i hope somebody can give me help..... tahnk u

On your audio server what is the version of SEP client installed? What is the OS? What features have you installed for the SEP client?

You mentioned that the server was running liveupdate, let us know the current virus definitions date shown in the SEP client..

what happens when you go to start->run->type LUALL->click OK.
