PCT is creating a Personal.xls file

    When I deploy a personality with PCT it creates a Personal.xls file inside of C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART.  I found this by opening up Excel through the menu.  The file looks like complete nonsense to me.  Any idea where is came from?  Or how to stop it from happening?
