  • 1.  PGP Auto Update

    PGP Desktop for Email was set to auto update everytime I will open the computer. My customer wanted to uninstall it and we cannot do it using the add/ remove programs.

    If the auto update is the problem, you can deactivate this in PGP Options; or you can upgrade to PGP 10.x which no longer has this available.

    If the problem is not being able to uninstall, please state what PGP version, and your operating system.  You might also be able to accomplish this by reinstalling to either your current or a newer version, and then uninstalling.
