My local drive is secured by PGP Whole Disk Encryption. When I enter my PGP Passphrase and press enter, the "Starting Windows"m page appears and then instead of taking me to "Control-Alt-Delete" for Windows login, it says "Preparing to configure Windows Do NOt Turn Off Your Computer". When Windows is configured, it takes me right back to the PGP login screen and asks me for my PGP Passphrase and starts the cycle all over again. I CANNOT LOGIN IN TO WINDOWS AS I CANT GET PAST THE PGP LOGIN SCREEN.  How can I bypass the PGP lofing scrren and get to Windows? This endless cyle of repeating has been going on for 5 days

This sounds like some form of Windows updates are applying once the machine is booted past Bootguard, which is then bouncing the machine again.

Are you able to get into Windows safe mode (by spamming F8 immediately after Bootguard)?
