File Share Encryption

Hey guys,

How can I apply a different policy on a certain group in the Encryption Management Server? I'm looking around the web console and can't seem to find it.

1. Click on a required group
2. Click on "Group Settings..." button at the bottom
3. Enable the "Apply Consumer Policy to members of this group" and select the required policy from the list and Save

4. You should see now the policy assigned to the group

In details of the policy (tab "General) you have settings for frequency of policy updates. Default is 24 hours (so policy updates once per day). You can manually force policy update by right-clicking on Symantec Encryption Desktop icon and selecting "Update Policy"
