I have a valid eternal PGP License, and it has been working well for drive encryption for a number of years. But I am now receiving the following error message and cannot access the encrypted drive.

Minimum License Required
Home Edition.
As I have a valid license how do get rid of this need to upgrade?
I am not very computer savy, so a simple answer will be much appreciated.
