Endpoint Encryption

I am using PGP Desktop 10.2.10 MP1 Build 1950.  Only a limited number of emails are sent encrypted and I have been using it fine for several years.

However, I recently received a PGP key from a firm that uses one PGP key for their entire organization - @eisenfuhr.com.  I have no issues of receiving/decrypting enctrypted messages from anyone in this organization.  However, when I attempt to send encrypted messages to anyone in their organization, I get the following error message from our Outlook server.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Has this key been verified?  There should be a green check mark next to the key in the PGP Keys list.

If not verified, right click on the key and go to Key properties.  Change Trust to Trusted and exit the window.  Right click on the key again and sign the key and then it should be verified.

Test an e-mail again.

I do not think the problem is with the version of PGP.  I will though if you tell me the easiest way to do so.

The organization I am trying to send to is a German organization and I do not believe they are using Symantec PGP.  If you read my original post, they sent me one key for "@eisenfuhr.com" for me to send to all email addresses in their organization.  In my previous experience, I have received a separate key for each email address.

Is there a policy setting in my PGP desktop that would allow me to send to any email address with "@eisenfuhr.com" with that one key?

Will have to do a test.  Open your PGP and go to the PGP messaging tab.  Click on Edit policy on the bottom right.

Click on new policy and setup a new rule and test.  Screenshot uploaded click on the photo.

Created new policy as in your post.

OK.  Taking a cue from what you suggested, I edited the policy as follows and the email was not blocked.  I am waiting to hear from my counterpart to see if they were able to decrypt the message.
