    Hello Thugor,

Under the PGP Messenging Tab, Highlight the policy and click on Edit Policy.

At the bottom of the Policy, change if no result to Send Message unsecured.

This will stop the blocking of the e-mail message.

Also, you can change the order of the policy.  Using Opportunistic policy first will search for a recipient's key and if not found the message will be sent in the clear unsecured.

    Thanks

    Anthony

It shouldn't delete the email.  The bounceback will have the option to send again

The original email is also embedded in that NDR.

As Anthony said, rejig the policy to do opportunistic encryption.

Well the  issue i have is we use [pgp] in th esubject for all pgp messages and nothing else. So  can't allow any message to be sent if it has [pgp] in the subject. What i find strange is the bounce dosn't contain the origanl message and there is no message in the sent folder.

I'm assuming that when a message is sent and it meets the pgp rules Desktop encrption takes it out of the send queue/outbox excrypts it and then puts it back in the outbox.

I had to attach my jpg they would not insert..sorry

Yes I understand that, the bouneback mail itself should have that "Send Again" button in it.  That will then give you your original email back.

Yes, you need to open the actual email itself, sorry I didn't mention that.  Glad to have helped!
