Hello, I have several users who are experiencing issues with PGP not automatically decrypting and showing messages in the outlook preview pane. they will only open after double clicking the message.pgp attachment. It was nto this way a couple of weeks ago - messages were shown in the outlook preview pane but suddenly stopped. Is there a way for the message to open automatically in outlook preview pane? I have tried reinstalling PGP but this does not seem to help. Some users it works fine for but others suddenly stopped working.

This is in a windows 7 environment. PGP desktop 10.3

What is the Outlook Version?

Open the PGP Desktop and go to Tools, View Logs and look to see if Mapi decryption is aborted.

Upload the log file also.

A work around to view the message is to copy the cypher and use the PGP clipboard to Decrypt and Verify.

The outlook version is 2010 - I will look at the logs and post back.
