PGP not integrating with Outlook

    Hi,

    I have installed Symantec Desktop Encryption v10.4.0, and my system is running OS v10.11.4

    The documentation for SDE states that it's compatible with Outlook 2016. I can't get the Client and SDE to talk to each other.

    I can't send/read encrypted emails due to this issue. We just migrated to Office 365 and we install Office 2016 for all Mac machine. I've always updated Office to the latest version.

    I always was able to connect PGP to our Keyserver. But at the same time, it can't find the AD Group Policy which shows in Windows, but not for PGP Messaging in Mac.

    Can anyone help me figure out how to integrate Outlook with SED, so I can atleast send/read encrypted emails?
