PGP not working or not compatible with seagate backup plus desktop drive 3TB

    Hi All

    Does anyone of you knows or have an idea why Seagate backup plus desktop drive is not working with PGP.

    We are not able to conduct hard drive encryption.

    Raymond,

    Please provide more details.

    What version of PGP/SEMS/SED are you running, including MP, HF and build?
    What is the sector size of the 3TB drive?
    What errors or warnings do you receive when attempting to encrypt the drive?
    Any additional information will be helpful.
