Does it supported for PGP or SEE?

Customer want to remove password from their environment, so they want to login using a 3rd party token/smart card

From my understanding, currently it's possible to integrate usb/smart token with selected brand/vendor but this only for adding 2nd layer authentication (Still need password based)

AFAIK, your understanding is correct.  It is not possible to remove the password element entirely (without disabling all authentication) from the Pre-Boot Authentication Environment.
