I was succesful at encrpyting my drive on my desktop. I then restarted the computer and the Symantec Encrption desktop boot screen came up, I then inputed the password and it started to load windows fine. My problem is the PGP SSO give me an error of "incorrect password or user id" on the windows screen. When I installed the PGP I selected to use the windows password which I had never set up a user name or password with windows. How do I get access to my desktop now? Please help!
