  • 1.  PGP Universal Server Corrupt patch Removal

    Currently I am on Version 3.1.0 Build (860).  I am working twords the latest 3.2.  I do not see a remove or delete a upgrade patch that is corrupt in the list.  I only see reinstall and it fails.  I tried to re-upload and that also fails.  Is there a  way to get rid of this file?  I am going to try and uploade the 3.2 version. 

    Not sure if the image uploaded correctly.

    access through ssh ( http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH171436 )

    run this commands

    rm -rf /var/log/ovid/manifests

    rm -rf /var/log/ovid/updates

    they should be removed

    If does didnt work, run  pgpsysconf --restart pgpuniversar
