Pivot table not working in IT Analytics

    Hi,

    I am facing issue with Pivot table in AllReports-> Reports page in IT Analtytics.

    Actually this is my first installation of IT Analytics. Everything else is working except the Pivot table in Reports Page. I have followed all the steps mentioned in the IT Analytics installation guide and installed all the required softwares(pre requisites). But the Pivot table is not showing up.  Please find the screenshot below:

    Environment Details :

    OS : Windows 7

    Office Installation : Office 2007

    Office Web Components installation : OWC11 (Office Web Components 2003)

     

    Has any one faced this issue before. If so,  could you please suggest a solution/workaround for this. I already contacted Symantec support for this. But they told it is environmental problem. But I/they could not figure out what is the problem.
