There isn't any guides publicly availabel on their support page. The guides are available after you have logged into the CASB portal.

We are working on 2 support page documents currently:

1) Basic guide for how to create accounts, roles, add groups, assign attributes to groups and users.

2) Basic quick start guide for how to add data sources & APIs, then use detect and build policies.

Can you tell me if this would answer your need externally? Otherwise as stated above, the Tech Notes are all available within the Knowledge Base along with Tips & Tricks articles.
