POA Authentication problem

I have a Dell XPS running Windows 8.1 on a 128gb Liteon mSATA drive encrypted with PGP 10.3.2 (not sure which MP version), I recently replaced the keyboard as the original did not have Euro sign (number 5 key), initially the keyboard worked but that button did not work so I tried different keyboard software which seems to have screwed up the system

Every time Windows tries to restart it launches the repair facility (this inevitably fails because the drive is encrypted), the PGP authentication window no longer appears so I cannot authenticate

I've tried removing the mSATA drive and connecting to another computer running PGP 10.3.2 MP13, PGP detects the drive but from the disk menu all the options are greyed out, it seems to think that the drive is not encrypted

I previously had a PGP WDE Recovery disk 10.3.2 MP10, this boots but all I get is

Booting from CDROM with multiple boot image
    1.44MB Floppy Image:0
    No Emulation Image:1
    Select Boot Image:0..bootguard loading stage2..........
    Booted from Recovery Disk
    No Boot Disk Found

Cannot continue.. Press any key to halt the system

The mSATA drive is detected in the BIOS

    Any help would be appreciated
