Does anyone know how to point to specific Process Managers in WF 7.1? We currently have the Service Desk Process Manager installed and my workflows automatically use it when I do Process Manager Task Source tasks. We'll be adding another Process Manager soon and I need to know how to point it to a specific one based on test and production. I'm not sure if it's a setting in the workflows or if it's on the SMP console.

In the Task tray tool, you can set a Default Server; this default server is a server registration that points to a specific Process Manager. This defaults to the "local" Process Manager, but it can be a remote one as well.

With a Default Server set, you can set the Process Manager component's Service URL Source to Use Default. This means "use the default server specified in my task tray tool"

Another useful "trick" to use for multiple Process Manager instances is to take advantage of the Project properties EnsembleURL, EnsemblePASSWORD, EnsembleUSERID, and ServerIPAddress. By default, these are all pointing to the Default Server in the Task Tray tool.

Thanks reecardo, it's probably just easier to use the Project properties to point to the one I want rather than have to select it everytime in the settings. I'll test this when we get our production environment up.
