    Can someone guide me or point me on how to populate attributes in to my endpoint incidents

    To make it more clear, I got a custom CSV lookup for my emai addressl that populate attributeA and this attributeA is only available in the CSV and I got another lookup for LDAP that does not contain the attributeA what I want to to do is when the system is performing LDAP it will read for the email address and use the custom CSV to pupalate attributeA.

     

    The only similarity and unique attributes in my LDAP and CSV is email address.

     

    Any suggestion?
