how can I change the portal language of CMS 7.1? on the server i changed the Regional and Language >> Format to English (United States) and on the client I add the English language (first row) to the language preferance of IE, but the Home >> Notification Server Management >> First Time Setup is still in Italian. How can I change it?

Silverlight is a client/server application so you may have a cached view on the client. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and then select the refresh button in IE - this will force a full refresh from the server.

I tried with Windows XP SP3 (it) + IE7 and it works, but with Windows 7 sp1 (it) + IE8 some parts of the console are in italian. I tried to reload the page with the shift key pressed, as suggested, but the problem remains.
