Portal Report License Issue?

    When I try to view a report for a workflow process, I get redirected to ProcessManager/Reports/NoLicensesRedirect.aspx...

    The page says License check failed for this request. Either you do not have permission to access this content or your license usage has exceeded the available number of licenses.


    This only happens on processes that have started in the last 2 weeks.  Any old processes I can view the reports fine.   

    This happens to all users, not just me..

    Any ideas?
