Deployment Solution

I attempted to capture an image on a workstation.   The image has the Symantec agent installed.

I created a job with the following 3 tasks:

1 - Prepare for Image

2 - Create Image

3. - Boot to Production

The job does not get past the first task.   The error message below occurs.

Hi Meloao,

1- Does the machine have the Deployment Solution plug-in installed?

2- What is the version of your platform?

3- Did you check the agent getting the task?

4- Was sysprep already been ran more than than 3 times on this machine?

5- Is NBS, Deployment Handler as well, correctly installed on the site server of the location? 

The error log says that the task did not run because it was not oi WinPE which is strange considering it's the sysprep task.
