  • 1.  Prevention status showing disabled when it is enabled.

    Prevention status on the UMC is showing that the agent prevention status as disabled although IPS is enabled in the policy. The policy enforces IPS prevention correctly.

    Has anyone seen this issue before ?

    This issue is happening with Whitelist policy on Windows 2012 Standard 64bit OS.

    Running version 6.7.1.49.

    Please note case is open with support but no workaround or fix yet.

    Please check the Agent status is Online or having any Policy error.

    Also check revision no of policy as well as revision no on agent for policy applied.
