    Hello

     

    I am having the option Proactive Threat Protection Kinda Gray and cant click on it in any client pc ?

     

    what could be the issue, i try to click also and unlock all option but still same.

    Windows XP SP3

    Symantec endpoint Protection 12.1

    It's locked in the policy. Uncheck the locks to be able to access. Make sure the client gets the update policy then try again.

    I have try to uncheck the main lock but still the same, something spacific i need to uncheck other then this ?
