It's 32 bit os or 64 bit ?

Its a 32 bit on the clients side when they build OS, the ptp is not updating

This may be the problem of the corrupt of PTP defintion

Yes tried re-insatll and repair, this is happening with new biuld system, is that cause issue

Reinstall the PTP component
 

You can remove the component from add or remove program and then agian install it.

is It is not for one system, they are using Image to build system and getting this system.

It is happening only after os image deplyed and only with SEP PTP and not getting updates

Did you follow the imaging steps for EP clients?

Only PTP is showing off and waiting for updates. we used cloning settingis

This is happening with SEP 11 version all.

1) Did repair,

2) Removed SEP with cleanwipe tool and installed again

3) used other package 

4) used live update to downlaod, the issue is same after doing all above option.

What is your OS?

IF it is 64 bit OS or Window server systems then PTP not be work there.

It is x86-based windows xp sp3 os

For 11.x sep follow this

But I have done all below, is that issue still be there as per docuemnet

1) Did repair,

And did the above it is not worked, still same issue.

In the log we can see below error.
SONAR Engine content load error, TruScan has generated an error: code 11: description: Whitelist Failure

If above not work then suggest you to run symhelp to find the exact issue
