  • 1.  ProActive Threat Protection Reports

    I have installed SEP 11.0.4000 on over 700 machines and i am looking for a way to automatically generate reports about clienst which have ProActive Threat Protection set to "OFF", is there a way i can achive this?

    1. click on Reports
    2. click Computer Status from the drop down

    3. click Protection Content Versions from the next list. (and if you specify a client you will get that client's information)

     METHOD 2

    Click on the Clients tab

     right-click a client and choose 'Edit Properties' then select the Clients tab for content update information including "Current TruScan Definitions".

    as of now you cannot have a report which says PTP is off, you can have Autoprotect turned off

    Does Symantec have any plans to iclude this report in the future?

    submit this as an IDEA in the ideas section, may be they can include in coming releases.
