    Proactive Threat Protection is showing off,still it shows off on both server and client side. Kindly let me know how to change them on and active.

    ON server operating system proactive will be off this is by design

    Proactive Threat Protection status shows "OFF" in the client interface

    And for the client , run a repair from the add remove program .

    go to control Panel > add remove > Symantec endpoint protection > click change >  click proactive theard protection > click This feature will not be available
    next next

    after removing PTP

    go to control Panel > add remove > Symantec endpoint protection >click change >  click proactive theard protection >  click This feature will be install on Local Drive.

    And also 64-bit computers, including workstations.  It may be green but it will say off.  This is a normal state.  The only supported scanning is Commercial Application List scanning.

    If status is red and says off, we will need more information as to what else is noted as wrong.
