Tested - once the agents were fully updated to v.8, they immediately stopped sending data on starting and stopping the software.
Probably the problem is with a new version of the server.
All modules are installed in turn:
- "Symantec Management Agent";
- "Inventory agent";
- "Application Accounting Agent".
In the table "Inv_Monthly_summary" all startups and stops of programs with problematic PCs are fixed, but only in "Inv_Monthly_summary" they are written not in lots of lines, but summary value.
Probably the problem is with the transfer of data from the agent in the tables "Evt_Application_Start" and "Evt_Application_Stop".
