    when i needed the DevViewer in DVD RU6a for copy device ID in SEPM... but the function copy ID don´t work. This is a BUGs of the tools?

    Some body else also was complaining about the same previously.Pls try to use devviewer which is present in RU5 CD.You may also use device manager also to find out the device ID...

    The dev viewer tool is located in   :\Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_11.0.6_Xplat_EN_DVD\Tools\NoSupport\DevViewer.

    Double click on it and it should open up the interface when you expand the devices the respective device id's should be reflected.

    Ok Sandip_sali... But you try the copy and the paste the Device ID in Notepad for exemplo??
    In versions RU6 or RU6a... don´t work!!

    I have tried it at my end and it does not work in RU 6. I will forward this to the relevant department and will keep you informed. Thanks for bringing it to our notice.
