    Hi Console Admin,

Around 173 clients are out of date showing on the console and as when I check the report for the System > Server Activity logs it shows that it's getting the update from Symantec for reference I am attaching the print screen of that.

as mentioned in the Tech article to delete the following files.

    1. Delete the content of folder "C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Downloads\" -

    2.%programfiles%\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\inetpub\content\{535CB6A4-...

    3.%programfiles%\symantec\symantec endpoint protection manager\inetpub\content\{07B590B3-...

Contains 2.5 MB , 10 GB & 900 MB of data if we delete this data so will the content retrive back by running

    LUALL.EXE.

    Hi James,

We have approximately 155 clients and as there are some clients on which there is a problem of Disk space but overall they have around 5 - 10 GB GB of data.

No we don't have any GUP in our environment.

Thanks for sharing the good link to clean the outof defination from the client machine but james I have around 155 clients present remotely at various diffrent locations so it's quite problematic for us to resolve the issue at each cleint.

So please let me know is there option to do this thing from server side by changing the Sylink.exe or any other method.

    Regards

Does all sep client showing online in SEPM?

    Hi James,

Majority of these clients are communicating with SEPM and showing up online for your reference please check the screen shot attached.

If this issue is with 5 - 10 clients then we assume there is a issue on clients systems but I am facing this issue for more than 136 clients and all of them are located at various different remote locations.
