Endpoint Protection

I'm installed Symactec Endpoint protection v11
After restart computer I try to test it,But it have problem with Interface was black (see in image).

OS : Windows XP 64Bit with no update patch

How I repair it.

go to add/remove programs

select symantec endpoint protection

click on change

click on repair

run the install..

once its done..open the interface and check..

make sure the problem is not with your resolution.

 

As seen interface,  the black is applied only to the location where the images would come. My solution may be funny.

Check for JAVA. Install JAVA & other Patches, restart & check
 

Checke the colour quality under settings tab which might also be one of the cause why you are not able to view the images. As endpoint is running fine with green status.

And yes you can always try to repair the client as Rafeeq suggested.

As your mentioned, seems like the problem with your graphics driver
are u logged in remote or local?
try chaning the resolution and see if you have necessary drivers installed.

I'm try to install the last windows update patch and Graphic driver.
then I goto control panel to repair Endpoint,but the result are worst form first (please see picture below)

Addition detail
OS : Windows XP 64 Bit with last update patch
Screen : 19' 1280*1024@32bit (not wide screen)
This problem is also Backupexec system recovery 8.5 too.(Only symantec software only)

Loggin as local.This problem happen after I'm formatted windows.
Before I install(full format) it hasn't problem.
I use same of all driver version&Hardware
