    Hello.
I have problem with actualization Antivirus and Antispyware Protection module only. SEP clients and SEPM are in separate environment and don't have an Internet. I update SEP clients according to  www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/how-update-definition-without-internet#comment-2795571 post. I do the same every week and its OK. But now only Proactive Thread Protection and Network Thread Protection are up-to-date. Computers got always evend id 7 with source Symantec Antivirus of content "New virus definition file loaded. Version: 111020w." Now computers get not this event and defitions of Antivirus and Antispyware Protection are old. Communication beetween client and server is OK. I checked by http://<serveripaddres>/secars/secars.dll?hello,secars and telnet server with 8014 port and are OK.

What is the problem? Please help.

    Hi,

Please follow the KB below and clear the definitions for the SEP client manually.

Let us know if the issue persists or gets resolved.
