    Necesito actualizar el Firmware de la version 3.5.1.1-->3.5.4.1, pero me aparece este error

    "Last update : HTTPS client error: name of certificate does not match name of the site", alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

    Hi,

     

    The problem is due to the certificate presented by the site https://1drv.ms/..... is not having the same common name in cert as "1drv.ms" . If you could host the image on an http server, it will make it easier.

     

    Troubleshooting steps would be to take pcap and check it. Since this is ProxyAV, the pcap will need TACs help to convert to Wireshark readable format. I would recommend a TAC case if you are not able to setup an HTTP source.
