  • 1.  problème de mise à jour serveur SEPM 14MP1

    Bonjour ;

    sa fait un moi que j'ai procédé à  la mise à niveau des serveurs SEPM ( 03 serveurs :  01 serveur management et deux partenaires de réplication)

    Après la mise à niveau, la mise à jour au niveau de 02 serveurs  partenaires de réplication est bloquée, j’ai essayé plusieurs fois de reconfigurer la réplication télécharger la mise à jour manuellement, vider le fichier de Symantec Download mais  toujours la mise à jour est bloquée

    Mes serveurs sont des machines virtuelles avec Windows 8 , RAM 8 Go

    SVP aidez-moi a résoudre le problème

    What exactly is blocked? Do you have a screenshot and/or error message?

    Is your concern about sepm definition update or something else? Is manually updating sepm with. Jdb works?

    Bonjour,

    Quand je lance une réparation de serveur et reconfiguration de la mise à jour la mise à jour est débloquée ; après elle bloque de nouveau

    quand j'essaie de la lancer à partir de la console, la mise ç jour m'affiche FAILEDF avec Return code erreu =4

    try this article and if it still fails post the log.liveupdate file here.

     

    Error: "LiveUpdate encountered one or more errors. Return code = 4" in Endpoint Protection Manager

    Additionally, have you run SymDiag on the affected SEPM to perform error checking?

    Download SymDiag to detect Symantec product issues

    If so, what did it show?

    I am experiencing the same LiveUpdate issue (Return Code = 4) after upgrading SEPM 12.1 RU6 MP7 to SEPM 14 MP2 yesterday. The Log.LiveUpdate file ends/has not been modified since before yesterday's upgrade. We are attempting to update content from our internal LiveUpdate Administrator server.

    I reviewed the causes and followed the solution outlined in this article (https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH103112.html), but no success.

     


     

    As an aside, I verified that another SEPM 14 MP2 server (upgraded from SEPM 14 originally; never had SEPM 12.1 installed) was able to successfully connect and download updates from the same internal LiveUpdate Administrator server.
