    Hello!

    I want to have information about DWHWizrd.exe,
    I found this process working on a Terminal Server with EndPoint Protection 11 MR5.

    I don't know what is this Process and I found it only on one of trhee identical Terminal server.

    I want to know when and why it starts and what is its feauters.

    The Dwhwizard.exe is used to scan the Quarantine folder with the newly arrived definitions

    Do you see multiple instances of this process running in task manager?

     

    In case many processes are running, you can check the size of your quarantine folder.

     

    If the quarantine folder is growing big, you can delete items from quarantine after stopping the symantec endpoint protection service and symantec management client service(start-run:  smc -stop)

     

    You can also request for SymDelTmps utility from Symantec technical support
