    Hello,

    We are trying to use Symantec PGP commandline encryption tool. We have been trying to install this product's trail version in our Windows 7, Windows 10 machines.  

    As per the installation guide, we need to request a trail license and using that key we need to install the software. As per the instructions, we have registered for trial account and received Activation Code (Licensce Key).

    But, there were no such installation step in none of our try and installation is completing. But when ever we are trying to use this product, it is showing invalid / no product key error?

    May I know what is wrong with us?
