  • 1.  Provide a link to create new Incident for a client

    Does anyone know if there is a URL I can use to open "just" the general incident for an end user to create a new Incident?
    What I don't want to do is have them log into the console itself.

    This would be something I would like to add to my Sharepoint site.

     I didn't honestly think it would be that easy since when you open a new incident within the console, it pops up an embedded window.

    I just tried this, and it's cool. But for us it still requires a user to login, even if it's embeded in shaepoint. Am I doing something wrong here or are users still goign to have to login to this to make an incedent?

    The only way I know of do do this would be to customize the Workflow project SD.Feeder.GeneralIncident SubmitForm and remove the "Login Incident Analyst component.

    Doesn't it autologon the user when you go directly to it.  Mine autologons in but it take a few seconds because ServiceDesk is so fast (Sarcasm inserted).
