Proxy ASG Kaspersky Licence renewal no success

    Hello together,

    after a licence renewal of the Kaskersky AV Lic the ASG System shows

    UNAVAILABLE

    I can´t activate the Antivirus Lic in Content Analysis  Licensing  Antivirus.
    The Lic is still acivated on the License Site of Symantec.

    Hi Thorsten,

     

                       Its better you get this checked via a case with TAC. After the license renewal, it will take sometime for it to start showing up in the subscription server from where the ASG gets information about it. If waiting for an hour or two after renewal succesful, better to get this checked via a case
