After updating from version 14.0.2415 to version 14.0.3876, the sep clients have had a series of error warnings that some functions do not work correctly:

Diagnosis of download insight does not work correctly

Proactive protection against threats does not work correctly

Prevention against browser instructions does not work correctly

How can it be corrected?

Lots of Restart issue has been reported from Customer in version 6.7.x.x.

So it may be a risky to upgrade to 6.7

Hi Aboonaim,

The Long Term Release (LTR) has been declared with 6.7.3.5 and later.

As with all upgrades, we recommend careful planning, testing and rollout.
