    Dear All,

     

    We are having big problem with our web gateway.   we are trying to use the proxy but it is not  working.  i have attached the topology .  inline mode it is working but inline + proxy it is not working.  there are several vlan in the company. when we are enabling proxy, they are not getting internet access.  i have configured the vlan in the gateway.

    Are you saying that the clients configured to use the proxy cannot get internet access, or that enabling Inline+Proxy mode breaks internet for all clients?

    If it's the former, then you may wish to review the below article:

    Which essentially says the proxy cannot scan VLAN tagged traffic crying

    Are the clients configured to use the proxy? If so can the clients ping the proxy and or access the SWG admin login page? Can the swg ping the clients?
